1. Above mentioned package is a promotional package which is available only for limited seats which cannot be hold and subject to availability of seats on mentioned departure dates.
  2. The tour cost does not include any Travel Insurance Premium, but we strongly recommend Travel Insurance.
  3. Once the refund request is approved we will refund your amount in 2-3 days
  4. We will be sending your booking status within 3 working days, in case of non-availability we will be refunding you full payment, but once your booking is confirmed cancellation policy will be applicable.
  5. Normally Tickets and hotel vouchers will be delivered 2 to 3 days prior to your departure date, but it could be on the day of departure also if operationally required.
  6. The above offer is subject to RBI/GOI Regulations and Dollar segment, which will be taken out of your BTQ (Basic Travel Quota).
  7. Above offer includes lowest airfare as of now, which is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  8. If we receive the amount from client/guest and guest doesn’t book any services, a cancellation fee will be applicable when we reverse the amount. Cancellation amount will decide by management.
  9. Any Hike in hotel rates, Airfare, Airport Tax or Fuel will attract a Surcharge to be paid prior the departure dates.
  10. Once Hotel Booking is reconfirmed there is no refund / Cancellation.
  11. No Change / No refund in package if flight delays due to any reason.
  12. The Package is valid for a minimum of two people traveling together.
  13. Normally the Check-in time is 1400 hrs and Check out time is 11 AM but can change as per the Hotel’s Policy. Early check-in/ late checkout is subject to availability.
  14. The passenger verifies the time from the Hotel as regards meal timing & strictly adheres to the same to avoid the privilege.
  15. The passenger to report to the lobby for transfer, city tour strictly at the designated time. In case of delay, the same will be missed and we shall bear no responsibility to the same and no refund on account the same will be entertained.

Cancellation Policy-

If circumstances force you to cancel the tour the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Promotional packages will be non-refundable, and no date change allowed once booked.
  2. Any package where Indigo or Air Asia is involved the ticket amount is totally non-refundable and postponement is also not allowed.

In all other cases cancellation charge will be as per the booking condition of the tour and we shall be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges per person-

  • If cancellation is made 45 – 35 days prior to departure, 50% of tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 35 – 20 days prior to departure, 75% of tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 20 – 0 days prior to departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
  1. In case a passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
  2. No refund will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package.
  3. For any cancellation charges of Airline ticket booking shall apply as per Cancellation Rules of the Airline. It will be extra than the above cancellation charges. Clients should check the cancellation policy first before issuing the flight ticket.
  4. Cancellation charges for Cruise booking shall apply as per Cruises Cancellation Rules. It will be extra than the above cancellation charges.
  5. We cannot be held responsible for any “Refusal of Visa / Refusal of On-Arrival of Visa / Delay in issuance of Visa” and applicable cancellation charges shall apply accordingly.
  6. Once booking is confirmed during Super Peak period (Christmas and New Year Period between 22nd December and 03rd January or other festivals) Cancellation fee of 75% of Tour Cost will be charged for all booking canceled within 45 days of travel.
  7. Star Classification of Hotels/Resort is based on information provided by the individual Hotel/Resort you may verify the same by directly contacting the concerned hotel by visiting their website or Telephone number. We endeavor to validate and authenticate this information in utter good faith. We do not own any responsibility for any correct star rating and type of bedroom provided by the Hotel/Resort. Descriptions, photographs, sketches and list of amenities/facilities are also provided by the Hotel/Resort, this may also be verified by directly communicating with the Hotel/Resort by visiting their website or by contacting the Hotel/Resort management on Telephone number.
